Accepting these terms

By creating an account, downloading an app or buying a license you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Privacy Policy

Your account

• Provide true information and keep your e-mail up to date: licenses and notices are sent there.
• You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. Tell us right away if you suspect misuse.
• Accounts are for people aged 18 or over, or for minors with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Software license

Buying a license gives you the right to use the software under the plan you chose. It is not a sale of the software, which remains the property of MakerNet.

• Each plan has a maximum number of Macs activated at the same time. You can move the license between your Macs in your account area.
• You may not resell, rent or share your license key, or let third parties use it.
• You may not circumvent the license check, the free quota or any other protection, nor decompile or modify the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Free features remain free without a license. PRO features require an active license or a running free trial.

Payments, renewals and refunds

Licenses sold on the website (Super File Manager Max) are sold in Brazilian reais, to customers in Brazil, and processed by Asaas. Monthly and yearly plans renew for the same period; you can cancel before the next charge in your account area. If a renewal is not paid, the license is suspended after the grace period shown in the plan.

Refund Policy

Mac App Store edition

The Super File Manager edition sold in the Mac App Store is licensed by Apple under its standard license agreement. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds for that edition are handled by Apple.

Updates and support

We release updates to fix problems and add features while the product is maintained. Support is provided through tickets in your account area or by e-mail at sac@makernet.com.br.

Your files and backups

Super File Manager can delete, move and overwrite files at your request (cleanup, duplicates, folder merge). The app always shows what will be done before it acts, and the final decision is yours. Keep up-to-date backups of important data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by actions you confirmed in the app.

Free online tools

Tools such as Print$Calc are offered free of charge and give estimates. Check the results before using them in quotes or prices.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts or licenses used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced on the website or by e-mail before they take effect. The date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile.
